Hardware Engineer (Full-Time)

Your Role
• Design and prototype mechanical and electronic components for autonomous drones
• Develop battery and power electronics systems
• Work on embedded microcontrollers and support drone manufacturing

What You Bring (Hard Skills)
✔️ Experience with CAD, prototyping, or mechanical design
✔️ Familiarity with PCB design, battery systems, or power electronics
✔️ Experience with embedded microcontrollers or related hardware

Nice to Have
➕ Experience with drone development or UAV hardware
➕ Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and field testing

Software Engineer (Full-Time)

Your Role
• Develop software for autonomous navigation, SLAM, and real-time control
• Work with ROS2, PX4, and C++ to enable fully autonomous drone operation
• Process point cloud data for obstacle avoidance and powerline detection

What You Bring (Hard Skills)
✔️ Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
✔️ Experience with robotics, navigation, or real-time systems
✔️ Background in computer vision, SLAM, or sensor fusion

Nice to Have
➕ Familiarity with PX4, ROS2, or embedded AI applications
➕ Experience with cloud-based data processing and visualization

Business & Regulatory Lead (Full-Time or Part-Time for Students)

Your Role
• Work with aviation authorities to get regulatory approvals (CE, BVLOS, high-voltage certifications)
• Manage partnerships with utilities and energy companies
• Shape marketing & outreach, ensuring our mission reaches key stakeholders
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, and scaling operations

What You Bring (Hard Skills)
✔️ Interest in technology, policy, and business strategy
✔️ Ability to coordinate projects and handle regulatory topics
✔️ Strong communication skills for engaging with partners and authorities

Nice to Have
➕ Experience with drone regulations, energy sector, or logistics
➕ Background in marketing, PR, or stakeholder engagement
